perhaps another area where you can make life simpler for yourself and for us (at least me).
Could you make the browse and search screens more identical? In the end, it should not really make a difference if i’m just browsing (including filtering etc) or using the searchbox/click on a tag

Eg on the search screen I miss the check and batch functionality, and comms are listed in a different way (search: email from to, browse: from to).

(oh, and why state employee on the browse screen for companies where on the company card you say personnel – employee would be my preference)

That one’s already in the works. Glad you like that idea. :) Not sure when it will be in there, but it will be at some point.

making search borwsable has already come up again – good

anothing thing I noticed is the incosistency between browse on contacts and browse on communications
the tag-dropdown on contacts shows alls tags available, and the tag-dropdown on communications only shows the tags that are used on comms. I prefer the comm’s version.
