Do you support email coming from Lotus Notes ? If not, do you have any plans to ?

We don’t actually have a copy of Lotus Notes, but I would assume that BatchBox email forwarding works with it. Have you tried it yet? If you forward email to (or CC) your BatchBox address (you can get this by going to “Your Account” and “Email Settings”) it should appear in your communications list within a few minutes.

I (sadly) use Lotus Notes in my day job – I have forwarded a few things to Batchbook without any problems.

Yeah we try are best with old lotus notes. It is very installation/version dependent. Lotus Notes has a funny interpretation of the email specification in some installations and we have a hard time with mail headers sometimes. If you have one that does not work send it into support@ and we can troubleshoot and get it added to our filtering.
