It seems odd that the add communication form doesn’t close and take you back to the contact when you save an entry? I imagine it is so that one can add an attachment, but most times I am done there and ready to move on.

Also, if I hit save again it duplicates the creation of the item.

Hi Scott: Comms just got the redesign I referenced earlier. In fact, it is remarkably similar to the Browse Contacts redesign. With it, we launched “Global Add”, which is a far more “global” version of the “Inline Add” we launched a few weeks back. Hoping this is helping your workflow!
