Would it possible to create some new types for comms, like SMS, LinkedIn message etc? (these could be suptypes of email) If so, the would also be a need to change the comms type when entered (or created via batchbook) |

That was an internal feature request and I’ll add your +1 to it. You can currently change the type of any communication (including BatchBox comms) when you choose “edit communication” on the Comm Detail. On the left side there is a “type” dropdown. Thanks! |
